Intel gives 1.0 Meego its first public performance (video)

Here we go open source fans, the first prime Meego 1.0 running on Intel chips - a Netbook Acer Aspire One (the 532h, the looks of it) with a processor Pinetrail to be precise - a simplified procedure for sport that resembles user interface have inherited much more DNA than Maemo Moblin. You have tasks, appointments, the most commonly used applications, and a quick launch bar along the front top. We also find support for 3D gaming; Areas, Applications, People, Internet, media and Settings tabs and real-time integration of social networks for Twitter, Facebook and instant messaging alerts taskbar. Can not wait to see how the user experience Meego translates into a smaller, for example, 4.8 inches or monitoring device Moorestown TI OMAP-based Nokia N900 later this year.
